A Joyful Heart....

   

How does one express the fullness of their heart?  How do you say thank you when the simple words thank you don't seem like enough?

To say I feel blessed by the friendship, caring and love that I have found here in this Land O' Blog only scrapes the surface.

To all of you who participated in the Valentine's Day Blog Party that I hosted and that was sponsored by the Latest Trends in Mixed Media Yahoo Group thank you from the bottom of my heart.  You cannot know how much this has meant to me and how much joy you have given me. 

To every reader who visits my blog and who took the trip along Cupid's trail today visiting all of the blogs that joined the party, thank you.  Each visit, each comment.....makes what we do worthwhile so please leave comments when you visit a blog, it's something I have to remember myself.  As bloggers we so relish your feelings, your views, your contributions.  Again, thank you.

Before I announce the winners of my giveaways I need to take care of three apologies...

First, Nancy Malay, I had the link for Nancy going to her website and not her blog.  Please visit Nancy's blog and see the beautiful post she did with wedding photos from hers and her parent's weddings.

A Valentine's Day Blog Party...

I know that we are just ending the Christmas and New Year Holiday Season for 2008 but with all of the fun that surrounded the blog parties that I participated in I wanted to go ahead and do a post about my Valentine's Day Bash!

Ohhhhhhh, dashing through the snow....

Hello again everyone!

You know how during the holidays it seems that you are juggling parties and events?  Making sure you aren't having an open house on the same day as your best friend's?  Wanting to attend as many festivities as you possibly can during this magical season?

Well, it's not that different here in the Land of Blog and boy do we have some serious events getting ready to happen!

As you already know there are several "open house" events that I have mentioned over the last week or so (Deena's, Boomama's and Maria's) that will be happening towards the end of this week and early next week.

What's next....

Good Morning Everyone!!!

So many things are happening in blog land that I am going to focus on a few of the blogalicious events that are coming up:

Let's begin with Mind Wide Open, Gail has created this wonderful blog that has monthly challenges for everyone!!  As Gail says...."A gathering spot for like minds to find their inspirational spark, to create, to play. A place where thinking outside the box is encouraged and the stretching of your artistic wings hopeful". 

 

On December 15th is the Tour of Homes, blog world style, that is being hosted by BooMama.  On that day post photos of your holiday home, guest refreshments, etc. and then go and visit everyone else to see what beautiful creations you can find.

 

So if you are already participating in BooMama's Tour of Homes please sign up for Deena's Christmas Delights blog tour as well.  What another beautiful way to open our home and hearts to this artistic community we are all a part of.

 

I know you will definitely want to check into what the 29 Day Giveaway Challenge is about over at Chrysti's blog Art by Chrysti.  She is definitely challenging herself this month but wow what an inspiration as it is a definite reminder as to what this season is truly all about!
