Hello Everyone!
Today's Yummy Yummy Blog Discovery is a blogger after my own heart.
While reading through Cindy's blog, My Romantic Home, a certain peace surrounds you...the kind of inner quiet you feel when you are someplace comfortable, beautiful, safe. I'm not sure how to describe it but I think you will know what I am talking about once you visit Cindy.
Cindy is one of those treasure hunters you want to spend an afternoon with as you go from boutique to boutique. She surrounds herself with positive energy, drawing to her those desires of her heart. You will see what I mean when you read her post on those fabulous soup tureens.
Like me, Cindy is a cloche girl. Okay, I know some of you call them bell jars but I still say cloche so just go with me here. I love them in table scapes, on shelves, I love that sense of something being hidden but not really...a treasure under glass. I know dear Tom is wondering if he too will soon be covered with a glass dome. *S*
Look at these creative and beautiful ways that Cindy has adorned her home. See what I mean? What a wow factor!
Can you say INSPIRED? I know you can and I know you will be once you peruse the Cindy's beautifully romantic home here in this Land O' Blog.
Such a romantic cottage, filled with softness, glass, crystal and vintage linens everywhere! The romance drips from every surface but in just the right amounts. Nothing is over done or too much...it is all perfectly placed and your eyes will dance across the surfaces.

Not only does Cindy share her beautiful finds with you but she also shows you how to take that not so beautiful find to create a romantic piece to adorn your home. She tells you where to find the "good stuff" and then she shows you through her home and her photographs how to use it to create your own "romantic home".
She is very generous in sharing her tricks of the trade with you and of showing before and after photos so you can see what is achievable.
This is my room at Cindy's home. Isn't it beautiful? It's really not my room but WOW wouldn't you like to wake to that beautiful shimmering chandelier? Such beautiful romantic bling!!
How about this candy/sweet server? I love the way she uses the hydrangeas on this dish as a display. Another way to embellish my home with one of my all time favorite blooms.
Now in addition to being one of the best romantic home embellishers that I've met she also has even more talents. I know, it's hard to believe, but I as I have said before this Land O' Blog tends to be filled with many, many multi-talented people.
Just take a look at her lovely hearts and garlands. I know you can find the perfect place for one of these delectable delights in your home.

Cindy's blog was the first I ever saw -- she included a link on her RMS site -- and I immediately fell in love with her style and her beautiful home. Although my home is very different, in color and in style, we share a love of dishes and linens, and she is a constant inspiration to me. :)
